All wigs are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Because each wig is made specifically for you, processing times may vary depending on customization and order volume.

Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or incorrect address information.

International Shipping 7-15 business days after processing.

Tracking

Once your ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Before checking out, please ensure that your BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCHES. If it DOSE NOT, OUR SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Once marked delivered by carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for help.
